Our Facilities
Fuji Elevator's industrial intelligent 4.0 factory covers an area of nearly 130,000 square meters and is equipped with multiple robot production lines and intelligent coating lines, as well as the new SALVANINI flexible sheet metal processing production line. Our company also has door operator assembly lines, car production lines, escalator production lines, and more, which allow us to achieve large-scale one-stop production from elevator components, various system processing, to machine assembly. We are constantly accelerating the upgrading of existing equipment, optimizing manufacturing processes and production flows, and building intelligent production workshops with distributed networked production facilities, fully embracing the era of Industry 4.0.

FUJI has achieved an annual production capacity of 50,000 sets of elevators, 5,000 sets of escalators and moving walks, and 20,000 sets of elevator components.
After thirty years of effort, FUJI Elevator has embarked on a new chapter. The industrial intelligent 4.0 factory has a total investment of 130 million US dollars, including 80,000 square meters of workshops and 18,000 square meters of offices. It is equipped with advanced fully automatic sheet metal production equipment from Germany and Italy.
